Registration Information

Registration fees (Spanish VAT 21% included)

* reduced fee is only for European Society of Hypertension (ESH) members and will not be applied to members of other National or International Hypertension Associations.

DELEGATE registration fee includes:

  • Unlimited access to all scientific sessions
  • Access to the exhibition area
  • Congress bag with complete meeting material
  • Box lunches for 3 days
  • Access to the Opening of the congress followed by an opening reception
  • Certificate of attendance

PLEASE NOTE: DAILY REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment of registration fees (in EUR) can be made as follows:

By Credit Card
All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, VISA, Eurocard/Master Card).

Please note:
All transfer charges must be prepaid by the transmitter.
Personal cheques, company cheques or Euro cheques will not be accepted.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
The Organizing Secretariat will issue and send an invoice as written confirmation of registration.

PRESS REGISTRATION
Press Representatives can register to the meeting free of charge as PRESS by submitting a completely filled registration form together with a copy of press-ID or similar document confirming the status of press representative. The registration includes a full set of congress materials and free entrance to all Meeting activities and scientific sessions.

NAME CHANGES (FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS  AND SMALL GROUPS UP TO 15 PEOPLE ONLY)
After March 30th, 2018 each name change will be charged of an handling fee of Euro 150,00 (Spanish VAT 21% included). A new registration form for each replacement will be required.

GROUP REGISTRATION
A single sponsor/travel agency registering at least 10 individuals can use the official Group registration form.
For online group registration, please click here and select “Company Area Group Registration”.

The early registration fee will be applied when the payment is received by February 28th, 2018, even without the list of participants.
The final list of participants must be submitted online within March 30th, 2018. For each missing name on that date, the onsite registration fee will be applied.
All registrations pre-paid at the early registration fee have to be used. No refund of the pre-paid fees is due by the Organizing Secretariat.

NAME CHANGE: After March 30th, 2018 sponsors who wish to make name changes must pay a handling fee of Euro 150,00 (Spanish VAT 21% included) per name.

COLLECTION OF GROUPS’ CONGRESS MATERIAL
Each company with Group registration can collect the congress material for his delegates, upon confirmed appointment, on the 6th and 7th  of June only. Please request your appointment by email, indicating your day preference to s.segneghi@aimgroup.eu, no later than March 30th, 2018. After this date and until April 16th each request of appointment will cost Euro 200,00. After April 16th, requests of appointment will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: group reservation without the individual mailing addresses of the participants will not be accepted. In order to register a group, you have to include this data.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS AND SMALL GROUPS UP TO 15 PEOPLE ONLY
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to AIM GROUP INTERNATIONAL by March 15th, 2018 with a refund of all prepaid fees except for a 30% administration charge.
CANCELLATION BEFORE MARCH 15th, 2018: 30% OF THE REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE WITHELD
CANCELLATION AFTER MARCH 15th, 2018: NO REFUND
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.
